Everything you need to make an hand plane. You get the Veritas Norris-style adjuster, 40mm wide A2 blade fully lapped and ready to use. You supply the wood.
Drill, saw, chisel and basic tools are needed, a mitre saw will help.
The detailed Veritas instructions take you through the build process, in imperial measurements.
Also included are our Interwood Victor plane design instructions. We have rounded up to metric where practical the Veritas measurements and simplified some of the build processes. Text and step by step photographs included.
We suggest you read both sets of instructions and then design your own plane. We found that the first plane you make is a great trial run. The second (using the same mechanism) is always better.
